WELCOME TO THE FOURTH TRIMESTER BABY CLASSES
Through baby massage, gentle movement, mindfulness and open conversation for you... we stimulate your baby at their ideal pace, while at the same time leaving lots of time for parent-to-parent connections, and calming / relaxation strategies for both of you!
Classes are at 10.15 - 11.15 on Wednesday mornings at The Nest, 97 High Street, Dalkeith and are best to start as soon as you're ready to get out and about, but no later than around 14 weeks old.
